Renewal of PFA Limited quality, environmental and information security management systems to latest ISO standards

July 31st, 2017

PFA Limited is very pleased to announce that, based on our recent audit, our Quality and Environmental Management Systems have been certified to the latest ISO standards, whilst our Information Security Management System certification was renewed for the third time.

PFA sees this formal recognition of our operational processes as a very positive and important outcome. These systems of customer care and quality set high and sometimes challenging standards, and are recognised internationally. Achieving certification demonstrates our commitment to our clients and stakeholders in respect of all three areas.

Peter Fisk Associates Limited is certified to:

  • ISO 9001: 2015. Maintaining a robust quality management system is a means to formalise our team’s efforts to provide high quality work and meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
  • ISO 14001: 2015. Although we are an office-based organisation, our environmental management policies support our efforts to manage our waste and resources more effectively and reduce operational costs.
  • ISO 27001: 2013. Our Information security management system provides reassurance to our clients, shareholders and staff that our systems are resilient and we are proud to be one of the few service providers in our industry to hold this certification.
